An organized processing framework for Hyper-Spectral Images in Medicine

Hyper-Spectral Image (HSI) Processing for medical images, specifically for macropathology-related tasks. The methods are tested on hyper-spectral images (in the visible range) of Pigmented Skin Lesions.
